56- THOSE WHO DISBELIEVE IN OUR AYAHS, WE WILL SCOURGE THEM IN THE FIRE; WHENEVER THEIR SKINS ROAST WE WILL EXCHANGE IT WITH OTHER SKINS IN ORDER THAT THEY TASTE THE PUNISHMENT, FOR ALLAH IS MOST EXALTED AND MOST WISE.

57- AS FOR THOSE WHO BELIEVE AND DO GOOD DEEDS, WE WILL ADMIT THEM TO GARDENS WITH RIVERS FLOWING UNDERNEATH, WHERE THEY WILL ABIDE FOREVER, AND WHERE THEY WILL HAVE PURE WIVES, AND WE WILL ADMIT THEM TO PLEASANT COOL SHADE.

Allah the Highest is telling us about the destiny for the disbelievers and the destiny of the disbelievers.

The disbelievers will burn in fire.  Whenever their skins are cooked they will be given new skins in order that they may taste Allah’s Punishment.  The importance of changing the skin is due to:

1-    The skin is the main organ for the sensations in general and the sensation of pain in particular.

2-    The human brain is organized in a way that it perceives pain from the skin in preference to other organs.

These scientific and medical facts were not known 1400 years ago when the Quran was sent down.  This proves that thee Quran came from Allah the Highest, not written by a man on Earth.

Of Allah’s Exaltation is that whatever Allah the Highest decides, no one can alter or change or even discuss with Him.  And of Allah’s Wisdom is that He sees what we can not see, and does what is best for our life here and in the Hereafter.

As for the believers who do good deeds, they will be admitted to the gardens or Paradise.  These gardens have rivers of water, milk, honey and wine.  The climate will be moderate; and there will be cool pleasant shade. 

It is very important to have mild and pleasant climate for people’s happiness, whether we are at home or on a holiday, or travelling.  We try to make the weather pleasant by using central heating and air conditioning, which is not available to the majority of people on earth.  Even they enjoy a mild weather only as long as they are indoors or in an air conditioned area, and then they are exposed to the bad weather, very hot or very cold when they are outside.

Therefore, for the Paradise to have a continuous mild and pleasant weather is a great bounty from Allah the Highest, and is not seen any where on Earth.  Without this the Garden of Paradise will not be enjoyed very much.
